Return & Refund Policy

At Lune, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns We accept returns only for items that are defective or incorrect (wrong item sent). We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

Reporting an Issue All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. To request a return or refund, please contact us with your order number and photos of the defective or incorrect item.

Resolution We will first offer a replacement or store credit. A full refund will be issued only if we are unable to provide a replacement or suitable resolution.

Return Shipping

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For any other accepted returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit.
